We may process email, username, protected credentials, avatar and preferences; game activity, favorites, XP, levels, OctiCoins, achievements, streaks and play time; comments, reactions, friendships, blocks, reports, messages and guild activity; as well as IP address, device, browser, language, session identifiers, security logs, cookies and order data needed to credit purchases.
We use information to create and protect accounts, maintain sessions, save progress and preferences, provide games, rewards and social features, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, provide support, process purchases, improve the service and show advertising where appropriate. Username, avatar, statistics, achievements, guild activity and published content may be visible to others; private messages are processed and stored for delivery and reasonable security purposes.
Some games and content are loaded through iframes or technology from external providers. When opened, those providers may receive technical data needed for the connection, such as IP address, browser information or their own identifiers, and may use cookies under their own policies. OctiGames does not control third-party privacy practices.
OctiGames uses Google AdSense and may use cookies, local storage or other identifiers to display, limit, measure and protect advertising. Google and its partners may receive browser or device information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and, where a valid basis exists, personalization. For users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, OctiGames uses a consent mechanism compatible with applicable Google requirements where required.
Purchases of OctiCoin packages and other digital products may be processed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle collects and processes payment data within its checkout environment. OctiGames may receive or retain order or transaction identifiers, payment status, the purchased package and information needed to credit the purchase, resolve issues, prevent fraud and maintain business records.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, accounts, disputes, abuse prevention and obligations and use technical and organizational safeguards, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Some providers may process data outside your country. A minor who cannot legally give valid consent on their own should use the service with authorization and supervision from a legal representative and should not publish real personal data in profiles, chats or comments.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or updating, deletion, objection or restriction and, where relevant, withdraw consent. Argentine Law 25,326 recognizes rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion. We may verify identity.
