These Terms govern the use of OctiGames, including accounts, social features, games, rewards, purchases and related services. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

These Terms apply to octigames.com, the OctiGames app and related features we control. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or reduce rights that applicable law grants consumers or users on a mandatory basis.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account, except for unauthorized access that is not attributable to you. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person’s account. If a minor does not have sufficient legal capacity to accept these Terms independently, OctiGames should be used with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal representative as required by applicable law.
OctiGames operates as a platform providing access to games and content. Some games are loaded through iframes or external providers and may be subject to additional terms from their respective owners. Availability, compatibility and operation of an external game may depend on that provider and may change without OctiGames controlling the change.
XP, levels, OctiCoins, achievements, streaks, cosmetic items and other virtual elements are part of OctiGames’ internal system. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not money, deposits, investments or financial instruments and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may correct balances or progress generated by technical errors, fraud, manipulation or system abuse, while acting reasonably and respecting rights arising from valid purchases and applicable law.
Before a purchase, the applicable price and product or package will be displayed. Certain digital purchases may be processed through Paddle Checkout, which may act as merchant of record and apply its own buyer terms, payment methods and procedures. OctiGames credits digital content after receiving valid payment confirmation. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are handled under applicable law and, where relevant, the payment provider’s rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, publishing another person’s personal information without authorization, spam, malware, unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability exploitation, manipulation of rewards or statistics, abusive automation, cheating and illegal use of OctiGames are prohibited. We may moderate content, review reports, limit features or take proportionate action when needed to protect users and the service.
You retain any rights you legally hold in content you publish. By publishing it, you grant OctiGames a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, moderate and promote service features. You must only publish content you are entitled or authorized to use. The OctiGames brand, design, code and proprietary materials are protected; third-party games and assets belong to their respective owners.
OctiGames may display advertising and links or integrate third-party services. The presence of an advertisement or link does not necessarily mean OctiGames endorses or guarantees it. External services may have their own terms and policies, which users should review where appropriate.
We may perform maintenance, fix errors, change features, rebalance reward systems or remove functionality when needed for security, stability, legal compliance or service development. We may restrict or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks or abuse, seeking to keep measures reasonable and proportionate. Where possible, users may contact support regarding an action taken.
OctiGames is provided with the level of availability reasonably achievable and does not guarantee that third-party games or services will operate without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failures caused exclusively by third parties outside our control; this does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are interpreted under Argentine law without displacing mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
